We know how important it is to keep as much cash as possible when buying a home. This program is special to our team, one that provides a rebate to our buyers of an amount contingent upon the purchase price. All of our buyers will receive up to $5,000* to offset their closing costs when buying a home, subject to lender approval. We value our clients and want to help them as much as possible to reach their home buying goals!
*All buyers will receive between a $1,500 to $5,000 credit towards their closing costs. Here is a breakdown in closing credit at different purchase price points.
Purchase price from $0-$250k, the closing cost credit is to be $1,500
Purchase price from $250k-$500k, the closing cost credit is to be $2,500
Purchase price from $500k+, the closing cost credit is to be $5,000
If it is not negotiated for the seller to contribute the relative closing cost credit based on the breakdown above, the closing credit will be deducted from our commission.

At closing! The rebate will be disbursed to you at the closing table as outlined on the Settlement Statement. The rebate will always be deducted from your closing costs, subject to lender approval.
